Refund Policy

Exchanges or returns are evaluated on a case by case basis, but are not guaranteed.  We try our best to accurately display and describe every piece through photos and/or video. Customers understand that item color can vary slightly due to differences in cameras and screens.

Sales on custom orders are final.

Sales on earrings are final.  If  an earring part is broken during the shipping process, we are happy to offer to repair or replace the item, based on availability.
