Warranty, repair & Refund Policy

Effective April 15, 2024, all new purchases (excluding one of a kind custom orders) will automatically qualify for a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.  This warranty allows for customers to return any damaged items for repair or replacement (depending on availability).  If the damage is as a result of a defect in the jewelry design and the item cannot be replaced or repaired, a full refund of the purchase price plus any shipping costs paid will be issued.  For repairs, the estimated return time will be 30 days, and Anne X Joseph will cover all associated shipping charges.

Aside from and beyond the warranty terms stated above, exchanges or returns are evaluated on a case by case basis, but are not guaranteed.  We make every attempt to accurately display and describe each piece through photos and/or video. Customers understand that item color can vary slightly due to differences in cameras and screens.  We will no longer be able to accept returns due to customers changing their minds.

Sales on custom orders are final.

Sales on earrings are final.  If  an earring part is broken during the shipping process or damaged within the first year of purchase, we are happy to repair or replace the item per the terms outlined in the warranty parameters above.
